Baked apple yogurt

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 small red apples
  • e.g. raisins
  • n. B. almond sticks
  • 2 tsp, smothered cinnamon
  • 600 g natural yogurt, 1.5% or 3.5%
  • n. B. Honey for sweetening and drizzling

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Quarter the apples, remove the cores, and cut into cubes. Mix with raisins, slivered almonds, and cinnamon, then cover and microwave for 1 minute. Remove from the oven, stir, and return to the microwave for another 30 seconds, or until the apples are soft but not falling apart. Divide the apples into four bowls, top each with 150g of yogurt, and drizzle with a teaspoon of honey, if desired. Enjoy warm or cold. Add a few spoonfuls of oatmeal to make a healthy baked apple muesli for breakfast.
