Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 apples (Cox Orange or Boskoop)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • ½ pack of sauce powder (vanilla sauce for cooking)
  • ½ tbsp sugar
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel, core, and thinly slice the apples, then place them in a Microwave oven or other microwave-safe container. Mix the cream and vanilla sauce powder with sugar and a pinch of cinnamon and pour over the apples. Place the lid on the oven and microwave the apples for 8-9 minutes at 600 watts.
