Baked banana with vanilla cream and raspberries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 4 m.-sized banana(s)
  • 1 pineapple
  • 2 tbsp sweetener
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 200 g cream cheese, up to 5% fat
  • 1 tsp vanilla flavor
  • 100 g raspberries

Preheat the oven to 200°C (175°C fan-assisted). Brush a baking dish with oil and place the peeled bananas in it. Peel and slice the pineapple and add it to the bananas. Mix 1 tbsp of the sugar mix and the cinnamon and sprinkle over the banana and pineapple. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, mix the cream cheese with the remaining sugar mix and vanilla extract. Serve the baked bananas with the sauce and vanilla cream. Garnish with fresh raspberries and serve immediately. Suitable for WW: 3.5 people and 1.5 per person.
