Nectarine Apple Chocolate Crumble

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 apple
  • 2 nectarines
  • 15 g baking cocoa
  • 15 g wholemeal flour
  • 10 g honey
  • some cinnamon powder
  • some lemon juice
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Chop the nectarines and apple into small pieces, drizzle with lemon juice, and layer in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle the fruit with cinnamon. Combine the remaining dry ingredients, add the honey, and mix with a hand mixer. Gradually add a little water until a crumbly consistency forms. Spread the crumble over the fruit. Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes. The crumble should be nice and crispy. It’s best to eat it straight from the dish without mixing it thoroughly, as otherwise the crumble will soften again.
