Baked Breakfast Cereal
The perfect baked breakfast cereal recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Crunchy oatmeal
- 30 g Sunflower seed
- 30 g Pumpkin seeds
- 50 g Desiccated coconut
- 50 g Sliced hazelnuts
- 50 g Chopped almonds
- 3 tbsp Sesame seeds white
- 100 gr Flakes with a high proportion of rice
- Ground cinnamon
- 3 tbsp Ghee or clarified butter
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 3 tbsp Honey
- Mix all solid ingredients together up to the cinnamon.
- Heat honey, coconut oil and ghee (or clarified butter) in a large saucepan, when it starts to foam, stir in the solid ingredients and fry for about 5 minutes, turning constantly, and then remove from the stove. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C, distribute the masses evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes. Now and then, when the muesli is golden, take it out of the oven and let it cool down completely, then pour it into an airtight glass.
