Raspberry Salad
The perfect raspberry salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
dressing
- 200 g Arugula
- 100 g Raspberries fresh
- 100 g Grana Padano planed
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 100 ml Raspberry pulp
- Pepper
- Sugar
- Salt

- Wash and sort the rocket, wash the lamb’s lettuce and remove the root tips (there is often sand in it). Spin dry both salads and mix in a large bowl. Sprinkle the grated Grana Padano over the top, then place the raspberries on top.
dressing
- Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard and raspberry pulp. (Instead of raspberry pulp you can also use a ready-made raspberry dessert sauce, in which case the sugar can be omitted) Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. The amounts of dressing can be varied according to taste. With us it has to taste strongly of raspberries.

- Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving and mix everything together. Good Appetite!
