also vegetarian possible

For a vegan recipe, omit the bratwurst. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan oven: 180°C, gas: see manufacturer’s instructions). Trim, wash, and halve the Brussels sprouts. Peel the shallots and slice them lengthwise. Peel and slice the garlic. Season the prepared ingredients with oil, fleur de sel, pepper, and a bit of chili. Spread everything on a baking tray and bake in the hot oven for about 25 minutes. Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan. Press the sausage meat out of the skin in small pieces. Omit the sausage if you want a vegetarian dish. Add the sausage and pine nuts to the Brussels sprouts on the baking tray and mix gently. Crumble the feta cheese over the top in large pieces. Add the balsamic vinegar. Turn on the grill and grill everything for about 8 more minutes. Potato wedges, which you can make on the baking sheet, or white bread are perfect.
