Colorful salad with yogurt dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 250 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 tsp sugar to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Tear the lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl. Wash and finely chop the bell peppers, tomatoes, and radishes. Peel and chop the onion. Add everything to the salad. Pour the yogurt into a mixing bowl. Wash and chop the chives and add them. Season to taste with sugar, lemon juice, pepper, and salt. Add the oil and mix well. Just before eating, pour the dressing over the salad and mix thoroughly.
