Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g cauliflower, frozen
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp curry powder

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Transfer the cauliflower to a baking dish. Combine the oil, soy sauce, agave syrup, and curry powder to make a dressing. Pour this over the cauliflower. Bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes on a rack on the middle shelf.
