Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g minced meat, mixed
  • 4 rolls
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • ½ clove(s) garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ bunch parsley, fresh
  • ½ tsp ginger, freshly grated
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

simply delicious

Place the minced meat and eggs in a bowl. Soak the bread rolls in lukewarm water, squeeze out any excess water, and add them to the bowl with the minced meat. Wash and dry the parsley, then finely chop it and add it to the minced meat. Peel the onion and garlic, finely dice the onion, and sauté in a little oil until translucent, then let it cool. Finely grate the garlic and ginger and add them to the minced meat. Now add the sautéed onions and 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, season with salt and black pepper. Mix everything together well (important for binding), then form the meatballs and fry in a little oil over medium heat until golden brown.
