Baked cauliflower

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 5 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 200 ml hollandaise sauce
  • 250 g cheese (Gouda, Lindenberger)
  • pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Divide the cauliflower into florets and soak in salted water for about 15 minutes. Then boil the cauliflower in the water for 10 minutes. Drain and layer in a casserole dish. Cut the cooked ham into strips and arrange over the cauliflower. Mix the hollandaise sauce and grated cheese, season with salt and pepper, and pour over the cauliflower. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for about 15 minutes. Boiled potatoes go well with this dish.
