Baked cauliflower

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 2 tsp, leveled salt
  • 2 tsp, leveled pepper
  • 2 tsp, stratified sumac
  • 2 tsp, leveled garlic granules
  • 150 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Trim the cauliflower, roughly chop it into florets, and place it in a bowl. Add all the spices and grated Parmesan cheese to the olive oil and mix to create a seasoning. Mix the seasoning with the cauliflower and spread it on the baking sheet. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the cauliflower and bake for another 10 minutes. I serve it with potatoes or rice; baguette also works. I cook my cauliflower in the Optigrill on the orange setting.
