Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 500 g minced meat
- breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 300 g Gruyère
- 800 g tomatoes, chopped
- 1 onion(s)

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Sauté the cauliflower in a little boiling water for 10 minutes. Chop the onions and sauté until translucent. Mix half of the onions with the minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Add the chopped tomatoes to the other half of the onions. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Place the minced meat in the bottom of a baking dish. Add the tomato sauce. Place the cooked cauliflower on top of the minced meat. Finally, grate the cheese over the cauliflower. Bake everything in the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes. I recommend serving it with boiled potatoes.
