  • 100 g lean raw ham, diced
  • 40 g butter
  • 2 tbsp butter

Wash the chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, curry, and coriander. Then fry them in a pan. For the sauce, melt the butter and mix it with the flour to make a roux. Deglaze with the cream and simmer gently. Season with salt, pepper, and the ginger. Place the fried chicken breasts in a greased casserole dish, add the diced ham and the previously sliced ​​onion, and cover with the cream sauce. If desired, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 150°C. Serve with noodles or rice.
