Ingredients
- 2 Grilled Chicken Breasts
- 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Ham cubes
- 0,5 Onion in strips
- 1 small can Mushroom slices
- 1 corner Cheese cream herbs
- Seasoned pepper
- 150 ml Cream
For the vegetables:
- 200 g Pimientos de Padrón
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- Coarse sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
- Fry the ham cubes with a little oil in a pan, then fry the onion strips and the mushroom slices until golden and then place the entire pan in an ovenproof dish.
- Place the chicken breasts on top and sprinkle the cheese on top. Season with pepper and finally baste with cream. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
- During this time, heat the olive oil in a saucepan, add the pimientos and let sizzle covered for about 2 minutes, shaking the saucepan from time to time.
- Sprinkle the pimientos de padrón with coarse sea salt and serve with the gratinated chicken breasts.
