Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 4 cans Canned kidney beans
  • 400 g Green beans frozen
  • 1 can Corn
  • 1 can Chopped tomatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Chilli pepper
  • 1 L Vegetable broth
  • 1 glass Red wine
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Cumin
  • 100 g Sheep cheese Bulgarian

Instructions
 

  • Fry the minced meat in the oil until crumbly, peel the onions and garlic, dice them finely and add to the minced meat, sauté until translucent, season with the spices and deglaze with the stock and the wine.
  • Add the green beans, cut the chilli pepper into small pieces, also add and simmer for approx. 5 minutes.
  • Stir in tomato paste.
  • Drain the kidney beans in a sieve and add with the corn and the chopped tomatoes, and bring everything to the boil again.
  • Cut the sheep's cheese into cubes, pour over the chilli and serve with a slice of bread.
