Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 8 pineapple slices (can)
- 100 g Gouda, grated
- n. B. Chicken seasoning
- 40 g clarified butter
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Wash the chicken breasts and pat dry. Then rub them all over with the chicken seasoning. Heat a large pan with the clarified butter and brown the chicken breasts all over. Grease a casserole dish and place the chicken breasts in it. Distribute the pineapple on top and sprinkle everything with the Gouda cheese. Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan oven) for about 20 minutes on the middle rack. Plate up and serve.
