Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 broccoli
- 1 can peach(s) (preferably unsweetened)
- 3 chicken breast fillets (or 4 depending on size)
- e.g. salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- curry
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 1 handful of walnuts, halved
- 1 handful of grated cheese (reduced fat)
- 2 tsp oil, for frying

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Clean the broccoli, divide it into florets, peel and finely chop the stem, and cook everything in salted water until al dente. Drain and let it drain. Dice the peach halves. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease a baking dish, add the cooked broccoli and peach cubes. Rub the fillet with salt, pepper, and curry powder and sear until crispy. Deglaze with soy sauce. Then place the fillet on top of the vegetables. Season everything with paprika. Roughly chop the walnut halves and scatter them over the fillets. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Serve with rice! If you’re using a food combining diet, leave it without any side dishes.
