Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 bell peppers, color as desired
- 1 small can of mushrooms, sliced
- Salt and pepper, white
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 cloves garlic
- some oil or margarine
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Dice the onion and bell pepper and sauté with the mushroom slices in a pan over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, dice the chicken breast, similar to goulash. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with paprika, and fry in a little oil. Add the chopped or diced garlic cloves. When the bell pepper, onion, and mushroom mixture appears translucent and everything is pleasantly firm to the bite, add it to the chicken breast. Add the tomato paste, mix everything, and continue frying for 3 minutes over low heat. Add a little water, season to taste, and let it simmer for a short while. Serve with garlic or herb butter baguette and a salad of your choice.
