Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- Breadcrumbs
- 2 packs of Knorr Naturally Delicious Chili con Carne (seasoning base)
- 1 can of corn
- 1 can kidney beans
- Cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
with spice base
Purée the onion and egg with a hand blender and add to the meat. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and knead in enough breadcrumbs to form a smooth mixture. Form the meatballs into small pieces and fry them in a pan with olive oil. Stir the seasoning base into 600 ml of water and bring to a boil briefly. Drain the corn and beans and add them to the sauce. Place the meatballs in an ovenproof dish and pour the sauce over them. If desired, top with cheese. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
