Baked corn-roasted chicks à la Didi

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 poussins (corn-fed poussins)
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 6 tbsp chicken seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Wash the poussins and pat dry. Rub them with oil and season all over with the seasoning mix. Place the chicks in a casserole dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for approximately 40 minutes, turning halfway through. Plate and serve.
