Baked cream cheese rolls

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 10 rolls
  • 3 cups of herb cream cheese, e.g. Bresso
  • 100 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 200 g tomatoes
  • ½ bunch of spring onions
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 garlic clove(s) , nB

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

quick party snack

Whisk the cream cheese, crème fraîche, and egg until creamy. Deseed and finely chop the tomatoes, dice the ham, and finely slice the cleaned spring onions. Add to the cheese mixture and season with oregano, a little salt, and pepper. If desired, add a little garlic. Cut the rolls in half and spread the mixture on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes. Rolls are a good way to warm up the bread; they won’t get as hard and will be just right.
