Baked dumplings

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 dumplings (5-minute dumplings)
  • Salt
  • Butter for the mold
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • 200 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • 1 tbsp dry sherry
  • Herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the potato dumplings in plenty of salted water for about 5 minutes according to the package instructions. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Grease a small ovenproof dish with butter. Wash the parsley, shake dry, and finely chop. Mix the cream with the parsley, cheese, and sherry. Place the dumplings tightly together in the dish. Pour the cream mixture over the dumplings. Bake the dumplings in the oven for about 8-10 minutes. Arrange the baked dumplings on plates and serve garnished with herbs.
