- 250 g potatoes, grated raw
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tbsp marjoram, fresh or dried, then adjust the amount
- 4 tbsp flour
- Salt, to taste
- 4 garlic, squeezed

Very old family recipe
Mix the raw grated potatoes with the salt, egg, flour, and marjoram. Let stand for a while so the salt dissolves and the marjoram and garlic can infuse. Heat a pan with 1 cm of oil and fry a small tablespoon of the paste. If needed, season to taste. If the batter is too loose, add an egg. This recipe also works well with cheese and/or bacon bits.
