Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 piece(s) sheep’s cheese, pickled in brine
- 2 bell peppers, orange
- 1 onion(s), red, cut into rings
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
Instructions

Halve the feta cheese in half to create two thin slices. Place the first half in an ovenproof dish. Clean the bell peppers and cut into small strips. Arrange half of the bell pepper strips and the onion rings over the feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place the second half of the feta cheese on top and scatter the remaining bell pepper strips and onion rings over the top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper again. Pour enough olive oil over the whole thing so that the olive oil comes to a height of about half a centimeter. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven at 190°C and leave it in for about 15 minutes. It is important that the bell pepper strips become soft. You can leave the feta cheese in the oven a little longer if necessary, but not so long that it falls apart. Serve immediately.
