Baked fillet – pan

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 600 g fillet(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 250 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 75 g cheese, e.g. blue cheese
  • ¼ liter broth
  • 200 ml milk
  • 4 tbsp cream
  • 20 g flour
  • 20 g butter
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • ½ bunch chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Slice the meat, season with salt and pepper, and sear in hot oil. Wash the broccoli and divide it into florets. Cook the pasta and broccoli in boiling salted water until tender. Trim the tomatoes and cut them into wedges. Dice the cheese and bring to a boil with the broth, milk, and cream. Knead the flour and butter, stir in the pieces, and season to taste. Drain the pasta and broccoli. Place the tomatoes in a shallow dish and place the fillet on top. Pour the sauce over the meat and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake at 175°C for 15-20 minutes and garnish with chives.
