Cook the pasta in vegetable broth or salted water (if you have any uncooked pasta from the day before). Drain and set aside. Then clean the bell peppers, cut them into strips, and divide them further if desired. Sauté the strips or pieces of bell pepper in a little heated oil or butter. Add the cream and heat until it is nice and creamy. Then set this aside as well. Now fry the pasta in a little heated oil or butter if desired. Add the sausage quarters and let them brown a little. Finally, add the bell pepper pieces and the reserved cream. Mix everything together and season with paprika, salt, pepper, and vegetable broth. Tip: You can also expand the dish to your liking with onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, and corn.
