Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large flatbread(s)
  • 1 jar pesto, red
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 pack of feta cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with salad, with wine, as a snack

Cut the flatbread in half to create two large “pizza slices.” Spread red pesto on both halves. Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on the bread. Arrange the feta in strips over the slices and scatter the olives on top. Top with fresh mushrooms, onion rings, or mozzarella, if desired. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes. Place on a rack, otherwise the center will be soggy! It’s perfect in the evening with a glass of red wine or as a main course with a salad.
