Baked flatbread

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 flatbread(s)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 250 g cooked ham
  • 200 g tuna in its own juice
  • 100 g cucumber(s)
  • 100 g black olives, pitted
  • 300 g herb cream cheese
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 2 tbsp chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Halve the flatbread horizontally and brush both halves with olive oil. Cut the ham into strips. Shred the tuna. Peel the cucumber and slice it thinly. Finely chop the olives. Spread the ingredients on the flatbread halves. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan/convection oven). Whisk the cream cheese with the eggs and spread on the flatbread. Bake for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with chives and serve.
