Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 8 slices of Gouda
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tsp ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, mix 2 tablespoons of sour cream with 2 teaspoons of ketchup. Briefly toast the 4 slices of bread in the toaster and then place them on a prepared baking sheet. Then top each slice of bread with a slice of Gouda, sliced ​​tomatoes, a slice of ham and the diced onion. Finally, add another slice of Gouda. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius. In the meantime, fry the 2 eggs in a pan to make a large fried egg. Then remove the 4 topped slices of bread from the oven and spread them with the sour cream and ketchup mixture.
