Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 flatbread(s)
- 1 pack of cream cheese with herbs (200 g)
- 6 slices of salami
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- 4 slices of cooked ham
- 200 g cheese (Gouda), grated
- possibly pineapple
Instructions

Cut a thin layer off the flatbread. Spread the thicker half with cream cheese and arrange the salami slices on top. Then place the sliced tomatoes on top. Finely dice the mozzarella and arrange them on top. Tear the cooked ham into strips and continue topping. Finally, sprinkle generously with grated cheese. You can also add pineapple, if you like. Place the whole thing in the oven at 200°C (400°F) and bake for about 25 minutes.
