Baked fruit with mozzarella

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 nectarine(s)
  • 1 apricot(s)
  • n. B. Almond brittle
  • ½ ball of mozzarella
  • some chili powder
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

A dessert for two.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Halve the washed fruit and remove the core. Grease a baking dish and place the fruit halves in it. Sprinkle with almond brittle, if desired. Halve a ball of mozzarella. Slice one half; the other half isn’t needed for this recipe. Distribute the mozzarella slices over the fruit halves and dust with a little chili powder. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the mozzarella has melted. Baking times may vary depending on the oven. I ate this delicacy straight from the hot dish.
