Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g pineapple pieces, canned, well drained
- 100 g Gouda, grated
- 1 tbsp honey
- 100 g orange juice
- 1 tsp flour (approx. 6 g)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 40 g breadcrumbs
- some butter flakes

vegetarian, easy to prepare
Toss the pineapple pieces with the Gouda cheese and divide them between one or two baking dishes. Bring the honey to a boil with orange juice, flour, and a pinch of salt and spread it over the pineapple. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and a few knobs of butter. Bake in the oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes, until the crumbs are golden brown.
