Baked garlic

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bulb(s) garlic
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cut the garlic stem down to the cloves and remove the outer leaves. Place the bulb in a baking dish, drizzle with a little olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven at 180-200°C for about 45 minutes. If the bulb starts to get too brown, cover with aluminum foil. When the bulb is done, you can peel the individual cloves. This tastes best with toasted white bread. It also tastes great as a side dish.
