Baked gnocchi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g leaf spinach (also frozen)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 400 g gnocchi
  • 250 g tomatoes
  • 30 g Parmesan, grated
  • 3 tbsp double cream (crème légère)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel and finely chop the garlic clove. Wash and trim the spinach leaves. Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Finely grate the Parmesan cheese. Mix the crème légère with the garlic and mix the gnocchi, spinach leaves (thaw frozen ones first), and tomatoes. Place everything in a greased, ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) (convection oven: 180°C) for about 20 minutes.
