Baked ham noodles

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 2 liters of water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 125 ml milk
  • 4 eggs
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 30 g butter flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Boil 2 liters of water with salt. Break the pasta into pieces and add them, loosen them, and cook according to the package instructions. Drain in a sieve and let them drain. Finely dice the ham, mix it with the pasta, and place it in a greased dish. Whisk the milk, eggs, and seasonings and pour over the pasta. Place the pasta in the lower third of the oven preheated to 200°C and bake for about 40 minutes. After 30 minutes, top with butter flakes and cover to prevent it from overcooking.
