Baked jacket potatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g jacket potatoes, also from the day before
  • 200g Camembert(s)
  • Crème fraîche
  • chives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place boiled and peeled half potatoes side by side in a baking dish. Slice the Camembert and place on top of the potatoes. Mix the crème fraîche with the finely chopped chives, season with salt and pepper, and spread over the Camembert. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
