  • 1 bread(s) , (La Flute)
  • butter

  • 3 slices of salami
  • 1 large onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

without salad

Cut the La Flute bread (preferably not a baguette!) in half lengthwise and spread one half lightly with butter and the other with herb or garlic butter. Top the bottom half with salami and the top with Edam cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the two halves side by side in the oven at 200°C for about 7 minutes. Once the cheese has melted slightly, place the tomato slices on the salami half and the onion rings on the cheese half. Return to the oven briefly. Not too long, so the onions are still crisp.
