Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 packs of Maultasche(s)
  • 600 g buttered vegetables, frozen
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of cream, 200 ml
  • 1 pack of grated cheese, 200 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Thaw the buttered vegetables according to the package instructions. Combine the eggs and cream. Place the Maultaschen in a baking dish, top with the buttered vegetables, then pour the cream and egg mixture over the top and finally spread the grated cheese evenly over the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 30 minutes.
