Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 point Gnocchi
- 1 tbsp spinach (frozen)
- 150 g salami, ham or bacon
- 1 cup sour cream
- g cheese, grated
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- possibly garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Preheat oven to 200°C. First, finely chop the onion and cut the salami, ham, or bacon into small pieces. Briefly fry the onion pieces with the sausage in a pan. Then add the spinach and let it thaw in the pan. Stir in the cup of sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Place the gnocchi in a baking dish and pour the spinach sauce over it, mixing well. Finally, sprinkle with cheese and bake everything in the oven for about 30 minutes. It also tastes delicious with pasta (boil it first).
