Gnocchi gratin with garlic vegetables

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 points vegetables, Italian (frozen)
  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 250g mozzarella
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pre-cook the vegetables and gnocchi, mix with the crushed garlic cloves, and place in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Top with mozzarella slices and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
