Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 points vegetables, Italian (frozen)
- 500 g gnocchi
- 250g mozzarella
- 4 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Pre-cook the vegetables and gnocchi, mix with the crushed garlic cloves, and place in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Top with mozzarella slices and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
