Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 250 g margarine
- 15 g salt
- 1 kg minced meat
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Knead flour, low-fat curd cheese, margarine, and salt into a dough. Roll out and cut into 8 sheets. Place 1/8 of the minced meat in the center of each sheet and fold it together. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at approximately 160 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.
