warm and keeps you full for a long time

The night before, combine millet flakes, chia seeds, nuts, and spices in an ovenproof dish and cover with water. If using frozen berries, add them to the mixture and let them sit overnight. In the morning, preheat the oven to 150°C. Meanwhile, slice the apple and spread it on top of the mixture. If all the water has been absorbed, add a little more water to the mixture. Place in the oven for 20-30 minutes. If you like, you can add more cinnamon and serve with some yogurt.
