Baked mini schnitzels from the tray

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 800 g pork fillet(s)
  • 250 g mushrooms, brown
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 100 g fried onions
  • 150 g Gruyère, grated
  • Salt
  • Pepper, colorful, from the mill
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Also suitable as finger food.

Preheat the oven to 205°C. Clean the mushrooms and dice them. Rinse the chives, shake them dry, and cut them into small rolls. Mix both together with the cheese and fried onions. Rinse the meat, pat them dry, slice them, pound them slightly flat, season with a little salt and a few turns of freshly ground pepper, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the cheese mixture on top and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
