Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 rolls
- 2 cans of mushrooms
- 4 slices of ham
- 3 cherry tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- n. B. Cheese, grated
- 40 g flour
- 40 g butter
- ½ liter of milk
- salt and pepper
- butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Halve the rolls and brush with a little butter. Sauté the mushrooms in butter. Dice the ham, tomatoes, and bell peppers and add them to a bowl with the mushrooms. Make a roux with 40g of butter, the flour, and the milk and simmer for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then add the flour to the bowl. Stir well. Spread the mixture on the rolls, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in the oven at 180°C until the cheese has melted.
