Stuffed flatbread

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 flatbread(s)
  • ½ bottle of herbal remoulade
  • 1 pack of salami
  • 1 pack of cooked ham
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 5 tomatoes
  • ½ pack of cheese slices, possibly processed cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the flatbread in half. Spread the remoulade on one side. Place the salami and ham on top. Slice the cucumber and tomatoes and add them. Spread the cheese on top. Place the second flatbread half on top of the filled half. Secure with 2-3 skewers. Bake at 175°C for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
