Baked mushroom slices with mozzarella and thyme

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 handfuls of mushrooms
  • 300g mozzarella
  • Thyme
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick and tasty starter

Clean the mushrooms, slice them very thinly, and arrange them on a plate (the slices should not overlap). Sprinkle the mozzarella and thyme over the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with a little olive oil. Preheat the oven to the grill setting. Then grill the mushrooms for a few minutes until the cheese has melted and is golden brown. Serve with bread.
