Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g mushrooms
- 200 g cream cheese with herbs or garlic
- ½ onion(s)
- Garlic granules
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Clean the mushrooms, removing the stems and the sponges. Add a little garlic and then the cream cheese. Sprinkle the chopped onion over the mushrooms. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 15 minutes, until the cheese has a golden brown crust and the mushrooms are browned. Serve with a herb baguette.
