Pickled sheep's cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g sheep’s cheese
  • 2 onions, red and white
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 g black olives
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 cloves
  • 4 Pepper
  • 2 chili peppers
  • 250 ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper, coarsely ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 7 days; Total time approx. 7 days 15 minutes

Dice the feta cheese and slice the onion. Peel the garlic cloves. Place everything in a large jar along with the olives, bay leaves, cloves, chili peppers, and chili peppers. Season with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper, and pour over the cheese. Seal tightly and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 7 days.
