Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 200 g mussels (mussel meat)
- 250 ml fish stock or mussel broth
- 20 g butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 125 g cheese (Emmental), grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Place mussels in three ovenproof dishes. Heat mussel broth, add butter and melt, then add flour and whisk to combine. Add half of the cheese to the broth and season with salt and pepper. Divide the sauce evenly among the dishes and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until light brown.
